Renaming of ABM-SOFT GmbH to ICS Software GmbH

Dear business partners,

ABM-SOFT Gesellschaft für Hard + Software mbH, Südstr. 65, 74072 Heilbronn, Germany, has been operating under a new company name, new address, and updated communication details since October 9, 2025:

• New company name: ICS Software GmbH
• New address: c/o IPAI Spaces, Im Zukunftspark 11/13, 74076 Heilbronn, Germany
• New web domain: www.ics-software.eu (website currently under construction)
• New central email address: software@ics-group.eu
• New tax number: 65203/45444

Our bank details, VAT ID number, commercial register entry, as well as all existing orders and framework agreements remain unchanged.

With the renaming, we are making more visible what you already know: We are part of the ICS Group, a full-service provider for the digitalization and automation of business processes. The new company name further strengthens this affiliation and contributes to transparency.

The renaming has no impact on business relationships, ongoing contracts, existing agreements including rights and obligations, share capital or shareholders, nor on the personnel composition of the management or the general organizational structure of the company.

There is, however, one personnel addition in the management team: Mr. Oliver Moser remains Managing Director, and Mr. Benjamin Leinenbach-Probst has been appointed as authorized signatory (Prokurist).

Your business relationship with us therefore remains unchanged.
