Geli connects three warehouses with Stradivari.WMS, digitizes document-driven goods movements and gains real-time inventory transparency.
The challenge
Warehouse operations at and between sites were organized manually outside the ERP system. Delayed transfer postings caused inventory differences, labeling was time-consuming and process reliability was missing.
The solution
ICS introduced Stradivari in all three warehouses. Goods movements run through mobile dialogs, transport units are confirmed by label and scan, SSCC labels are generated dynamically and gate management controls availability.
